A Note from the Owner,

It is a pleasure to have such a wonderful team to work with. We truly love impacting the children and adults in these programs. The lessons learned in these classes go beyond movement, exercise and tumbling. We teach lessons to be carried throughout life!

Traci is the Owner and Founder of Communities In Motion. She has many years experience with dance and fitness. Her dance and tumbling career began when she was 12 years old in Winchester, IN. By the time she was 14, she was asked to help instruct classes in her studio. She continued to teach children's dance and tumbling throughout her High School and College years. Traci also danced competitively and professionally throughout her dancing career, most notably touring the United States and Canada as one of Hoctor's Dance Caravan Kid's and performing in the Catskills at the Pines Resort Dinner Theatre. Traci then received her B.S. in Exercise Science and Wellness with a minor in Physical Education for the Older Adult population specializing in Cardiac Rehab from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Traci then moved to Cleveland, Ohio where she worked in Adult Daycare and Corporate Fitness most notably as the Fitness Program Coordinator at TRW's World Headquarters. Leah Brow

My name is Leah and I have been involved with dance and music since childhood. During high school, I served as dance captain for two years and was provided numerous opportunities to choreograph sets, as well as teach my peers. I continued performing and writing choreography with a variety of dance teams throughout my undergraduate career. About this time, I also worked in childcare with the YMCA and discovered I am very comfortable interacting little ones and their parents. This will be my fifth year teaching with Communities in Motion. I really enjoy having fun with the kids and finding new creative ways for them to learn about dance and movement.
