Babies In Motion
8 - 12 months
Diaper Dance - 30 minutes
Our smallest dancers enjoy moving to favorite nursery rhymes with a parent or caregiver.
Nursery rhymes teach auditory skills and help develop an appreciation for rhyme and rhythm. Repetition helps develop memory and cognitive skills (e.g. the ability to predict what comes next). Awareness through nursery rhymes is the foundation of reading readiness. Participating in a group setting exposes the children to weekly routines, as well as allowing them a first experience with a teacher. Geared for crawlers and early walkers, this class promotes gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Class includes parachute time, too.

Move with Me - 30 minutes
Toddlers and their grown-up delight in weekly dance/tumble to their favorite music.
Through the use of nursery rhymes and familiar upbeat songs, toddlers become engaged in a weekly routine that includes warm-up, movement, parachute, and tumbling. The instructor works individually with each child (and their grown up) throughout the class.

Fostering a love of dance and exercise via accessible, affordable, community-based programming.
